Ron and Teddy Sawka are founders and leaders of Arise International. They have established and continue ministries in Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Russia. They also minister in Taiwan, Guam, Singapore, and Burma. Their base is Japan, where they have ministered since 1975.

"Arise" is the name of a new apostolic network that they are preparing to launch. It aims to be a prototype apostolic network, not only for churches and leaders, but also for marketplace ministers, business people and house churches with a specific aim of modelling apostolic centers for breakthrough for a region.
