Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD. And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse. Malachi 4:5-6

●The Spirit of Elijah
As John the Baptist prepared the way for the coming of Christ, the prophetic movement, with the spirit and the power of Elijah, is preparing the way for the second coming of Christ.

Prophetic words reveal a person’s true identity, the good things that God has prepared for them, and the hidden treasures that are in them. Nowadays fortune telling and divination are often seen on TV. I do not think people’s greatest concern is having their future revealed. People want to know who they really are, and are also yearning for somebody who sees their value. People need to know that they are precious in the Father’s eyes, and that the Father has wonderful things planned for them.

●Father’s heart
Because many youths do not understand the Father’s heart, they offer themselves easily, believing that they have no worth. This is another form of death. I believe that understanding the Father’s heart is essential to solving the issues surrounding sex and death. Our message is that there is a Father in heaven who loves them very much. Making this truth known is our apostolic mission that God has given us.

●The key is supernatural
At the May conference, Cindy Jacobs preached this: “…I asked God what opens the door for Japan. What God had shown me was that key was in supernatural. The spirit of Elijah is about to break forth. God makes father’s hearts turned to the children, and children to fathers.”

--- Prayer Focus ---

・ Please pray for strategy, ideas, and open doors to reach out to young people. We are in the process of creating a website, and our first pamphlet (hopefully by Christmas). Maco Ogura will be speaking at a “Jyuku (cram school)” for the students and their mothers in November.

・ A TV drama called “14-year old mother” is being broadcasted and receiving high television rating. Heated debate is taking place on their website. Japan Alive wants to use this entrance for young people to think about life. Please pray that we may be connected to a producer somehow.

・ A Nov 9 th news reads that A hospital in the city of Kumamoto plans to set up a baby hatch where parents can anonymously leave their babies they cannot take care of for varied reasons (for more details: http://www.japantoday.com/jp/news/389892). Pray that unexpectedly pregnant mothers will come know such a place and seek help. Pray also for the lives of the many unborn whose life is at stake now.

・ We feel that God is bringing the problems of abortion to the surface so people might become aware. Pray and watch for opportunities to speak the sanctity of life

・Declare Malachi 4:5-6. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers!
