Greetings, and as always, thank you for praying for us:

GOD IS OPENING UP NORTH EAST ASIA – several days before the trip, I was teaching our doctoral students on how God uses Apostles to open up regions. 2 Cor 4:4 states that Satan blinds the minds of unbelievers so they are unable to see the glory of God. This spiritual blinding or veil also keeps us from seeing the resources and blessings of God that are already there. (The whole earth IS full of His glory – Is. 6:3; Hab. 3:3). The more this “veil” is taken off, the better everything gets. Crops grow, resources are discovered, etc. This is what is behind the concept of transformation.

While teaching this, I began to get revelation that God is in the process of opening up Northern China, Far East Russia, North Korea, and Japan. There would be spiritual results as well as the whole economy being profoundly affected. What I didn’t know is that on the trip I would have a chance to stand at a spot where the borders of the 3 nations (China, North Korea, Russia) meet, at a point just near the Sea of Japan. I made an apostolic declaration, that just like on Mount Carmel, the fire of God would fall and spread to all four nations. I declared that this region would begin to open up spiritually very quickly, and that the economies of the region would concurrently begin to boom.

Interestingly, and seemingly coincidentally, the day after I got back from North Korea, we held a conference in Niigata, which is the Japanese city closest to that border point described above. Also, in March of next year I am already scheduled for ministry in Vladivostok (just 1.5 hours away from Niigata)

NIIGATA, Japan Nov 18 – This was our first prophetic-apostolic meeting in this city. Since our purpose was to open up this city to the move of the Holy Spirit, we began to prophesy to it. One prophecy said that Niigata was a doorway to Japan. This is something I had never ever heard before, but actually is another confirmation of what I shared above. So, I say again, God is moving powerfully in North East Asia.

APOSTOLIC SIGNS – the Niigata conference was a one-day event with two meetings. During the second meeting I taught the people how to do healing. As I was demonstrating the Holy Spirit was very gracious to lead me, and a lady was powerfully healed. So, when I then told them to minister to each other, many received healing.

NEED TO RAISE PROPHETIC -APOSTOLIC CHRISTIANS – one of the great fruits of the prophetic activation and training we have done over the past years is that it transforms Christians into being positive and aggressive in Christ. This was accentuated in the meeting in Niigata. When given the chance to minister healing to each other, many joyfully and quickly grabbed the chance. However, I was surprised that also many did not. I saw that those who had been activated and trained by us were the ones moving ahead. Those that held back had had no prior training.

GATHERING THE LOST SHEEP – I have come to see that for every Christian in church in Japan on Sunday, there may be up to ten who are disconnected completely. So, I feel it is imperative for us to design simple, informal ways to minister to these people, empower them, and connect with them. This will be one of the topics of our New Years conference. Please pray.

PRAYER REQUESTS:

• Pray for CI Asia, especially Japan, as we begin to set goals and strategize for next year
• CI Korea – it seems like God is giving us a great building (the 4 th floor of building in Kangnam, the most influential district of Seoul)
• $1000-per-year supporters. Because of the significant increase in finances last year, we were able to do so much more. The trips to North Korea last week and to Russia (this past March) were two examples of your help. Besides that, it enables us to maintain offices in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. I am asking for 50% increase in these numbers.
• Book on “Healing Activation”. I hope to get this book finished and published in time for our New Year’s Conference.
• Begin praying for our New Year’s Conference with Ian Andrews. He will teach and activate us in healing ministry. Also, this conference will feature a panel on new methods of outreach and evangelism.
